Since May 2023, the waiver signature process has been moved on line and is completed at renewal time of the membership. It is possible in your case that your membership is in “Processing” state, meaning that one of the requirement is not fulfill. Probably it is the waiver signature process that is not completed.
Your signature is a requirement from our assurance broker, can you please log at the national level via (https://2mev.com/#!/login/) and fulfill the missing requirement to ensure your membership completed? When connected, I believed that the welcome page should guide you to sign the missing documents with the proper link. If there is no link on the welcome page, try to click on the left menu to Membership, licenses and certifications
